1. Where do you ship?

  • We ship worldwide! Whether you're in the U.S., Europe, Asia, or anywhere else, we've got you covered. All orders are processed through our fulfillment partner, Printful, who handles global shipping.

2. How long will my order take to arrive?

Since all of our products are made to order, please allow the following estimated timeframes:

  • Production Time: 2-7 business days to create your product.
  • Shipping Time: Depending on your location, shipping can take:
    • USA: 3-5 business days
    • Europe: 5-10 business days
    • International: 10-20 business days
    • Shipping times may vary slightly depending on your destination and customs processes.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

4. How much is shipping?

Shipping rates depend on your location and the size of your order. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Rest assured, we work with Printful to ensure competitive shipping rates.

5. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We’re sorry for any inconvenience! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at sales@mbaswag.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include photos of the issue, and we’ll coordinate with Printful to either replace the item or issue a refund.

6. Can I return or exchange my item?

Since all items are custom-made, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item. Please double-check sizing charts before ordering.

7. What payment methods do you accept?

9. How are your products made?

All of our products are printed and fulfilled by Printful. Each item is made to order, which means we only produce items when you place an order, ensuring sustainable practices and reducing waste.

10. What countries do you not ship to?

While we ship worldwide, there are some countries that Printful may not serve due to shipping restrictions or sanctions. If you’re unsure whether we can ship to your location, feel free to email us at sales@mbaswag.com, and we’ll check for you.

11. Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?

Once an order has been submitted, changes are not guaranteed. However, if you contact us at sales@mbaswag.com as soon as possible, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the item goes into production.

12. Will I have to pay customs or duties on my order?

Depending on your location, your order may be subject to import taxes, duties, or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not included in our prices. As the recipient, you are responsible for these fees.

Returns and Refund Policy (Printful Orders)

At MBASwag.com, we partner with Printful for product fulfillment. Since our products are made to order, there are a few important things to know about returns and how they are processed through Printful:

1. Printful's Role in Fulfilling Orders All of our products are custom-made on demand and fulfilled by Printful. This means returns and exchanges are only available for certain circumstances, including:

  • Defective or Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or with a defect, Printful will replace the item at no additional cost.
  • Wrong Items: If Printful fulfills the wrong item based on your order, you are eligible for a replacement.

2. Non-Returnable Situations
Please note that due to Printful’s fulfillment process, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size selection (we encourage you to refer to the size guide provided before purchasing)
  • Buyer’s remorse (such as changing your mind about the design or product)
  • Items that were correctly fulfilled but are no longer wanted

3. Steps to Initiate a Return with Printful
To process any return or replacement through Printful, please follow these steps:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our support team at sales@mbaswag.com with your order number and details about the issue. Include clear photos of the item if it is defective or damaged.

Printful Approval: We will coordinate with Printful to confirm the issue. Once approved, Printful will either reprint the item or provide a refund depending on the nature of the problem.

Processing Time: Once Printful approves the return or replacement, the process typically takes 7-10 business days for the new item to be shipped or the refund to be issued.

 

Shipping and Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information. You can use the link provided to track your package's journey in real-time.

  • Tracking Availability: Most of our shipping methods include tracking, so you’ll always know where your package is. If you have any questions about your order, feel free to contact us at [support email].
  • Delivery Times: Depending on your location, delivery can take between [insert delivery time frame] after shipment.
    Please note, for some international orders, tracking may not be available once the package leaves the shipping origin country.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Defective or Damaged Items: Printful covers the shipping costs for replacing defective or damaged items.
  • Other Returns: Unfortunately, returns for non-defective products are not allowed, as all products are made to order.

FAQs About Printful-Fulfilled Orders

  1. How long do I have to report an issue? You have 14 days from receiving the product to report any issues, such as defects or damage.
  2. Can I exchange an item for a different size? Unfortunately, because all products are made on demand, exchanges for size are not possible. Please carefully check the size chart before ordering.
  3. What happens if my package is lost in transit? If your package is lost, contact us, and we will work with Printful to investigate the issue and, if necessary, re-ship your order.
